Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline by identifying and engaging prospective customers through outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach.
• Conduct high-end B2B (business-to-business) and retail sales conversations, demonstrating product knowledge and understanding customer needs.
• Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track interactions, update customer information, and monitor sales progress efficiently.
• Develop strategies for upselling additional products or services to maximize revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and enhance outreach efforts across multiple channels.
• Maintain organized records of inventory management, sales activities, and customer interactions to support effective sales management.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, public speaking skills, and professional communication to build rapport with diverse clients.

Pay: $55,335.14 - $96,640.16 per year
