Internet Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and customer-focused Internet Sales Associate to join our growing team!

Job Responsibilities:

• List and advertise used auto parts on Facebook Marketplace and other social media platforms.
• Take, upload, and organize clear photos of automotive parts.
• Create accurate, detailed, and appealing product listings.
• Respond promptly to customer messages, comments, and inquiries.
• Answer questions about part availability, pricing, and vehicle compatibility.
• Turn inquiries into sales and follow up with potential customers.
• Assist customers with orders and coordinate with the sales and inventory teams.
• Keep listings updated and remove sold items.
• Maintain a professional attitude when communicating with customers.

Qualifications:

• Experience selling on Facebook Marketplace preferred.
• Strong written communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer and social media skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and sales-driven.
• Automotive parts knowledge is a plus!
