We are looking for a dependable, people-focused Internet Service Representative to support Kinetic Fiber customers across the Pittsburgh area. In this role, you'll work directly with customers to manage accounts, answer questions, complete sales, and ensure every customer and sales interaction leaves them feeling informed and taken care of. Full training provided.

What You'll Do As Our Internet Service Representative:

• Meet with customers to review their current internet services and educate them on available Kinetic plans and sales upgrades
• Assist with sales completion, account setup, service changes, plan updates, and installation scheduling
• Resolve customer questions and coordinate with internal team members to deliver timely, accurate solutions
• Identify sales opportunities to recommend additional products or services when they genuinely align with a customer's needs
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow through on outstanding account requests

What We're Looking For In Our Next Internet Service Representative:

• 1+ years of experience in sales or a customer-focused environment is desired (hospitality, retail, etc.)
• Strong communicator who builds rapport easily and provides attentive customer support
• Organized and detail-oriented with solid follow-through
• Comfortable learning new products and explaining service options clearly
• Adaptable and professional across a wide range of customer interactions
