Intern/OJT

Pay: Up to ₱4,000.00 per month

Job description:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented OJT Interns to support our Administrative, Accounting, HR, Purchasing, and Performance Excellence Department. This internship provides hands-on experience in office operations, documentation, and HR support.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in filing, scanning, and organizing documents
• Support the department in records management
• Prepare simple data encoding
• Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating activities
• Perform other clerical and administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in BSBA, IT, HRM, Psychology, Office Administration, Engineering, Accounting or any 4 yr courses
• Must have an endorsement letter from school
• Knowledgeable in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
