[6 months, 4-5 days/week] Name of Project: HR Data Analytics & AI-Powered HR BI Application Objectives: To develop the HR BI dashboard via AI-powered tools that consolidates disparate employee data into a single source of truth. The project aims to build comprehensive HR KPI measures , provide interactive and intelligent HR BI Dashboard for the MB Top Management team with data-driven insights for strategic decision-making. Main Tasks: He/She will dedicate to supporting the development of the AI-Powered HR BI Application & Dashboard: 1. BI Dashboard Development & Visualization (50%):

• Design and build high-performance, interactive dashboards tailored specifically for MB Top Management.
• Implement intuitive UI/UX design principles to make complex data easily digestible.
• Create dynamic views allowing for drill-down analysis from a high-level strategic view to granular operational details.
• Support to define complex logic for critical metrics (e.g., Headcount, Turnover, Span of Control) to ensure consistency across the organization. 2.Power BI Skills Enablement & Training (30%):
• Curriculum Design: Develop and deliver hands-on Power BI training sessions specifically for HR data workers (beginner to intermediate levels).
• Resource Creation: Build a library of "How-To" guides, short video tutorials, and documentation to support self-service analytics adoption.
• Mentorship: Act as a dedicated support resource (e.g., "Office Hours") to help HR colleagues troubleshoot their own reports and improve their data literacy. 3.AI Integration & Advanced Analytics (20%):
• Research and implement AI-powered tools to enhance dashboard intelligence.
• Move beyond descriptive reporting to provide prescriptive insights that support strategic decision-making. Key Qualifications: - Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program (or equivalent) focusing on Data Analysis, AI, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for data, analytics, and data visualization. - Experience with building dashboards in PowerBI or a similar BI tool is necessary. - Experience with or strong interest in AI, machine learning, and data analysis using tools like Python is a strong plus. -Familiarity with or willingness to learn LLM application platforms (e.g., MS Power Platform, Copilot Studio) is highly desirable. -A self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
