[6 months, 4-5day/week] Name of Project: [Overall vehicle integration testing] Main Tasks: - Vehicle Testing Coordination (35%): Support the organization and preparation of vehicle testing events, including proving ground, summer, winter, and road tests. Coordinate logistics, schedules, vehicles, equipment, and documentation to ensure smooth execution. - Issue Management Support (25%): Assist in tracking, documenting, and following up on technical issues identified during and after testing. Support root-cause investigation activities and status reporting. - Data Collection & Analysis (25%): Collect and analyze vehicle, customer, and market-related data. Support customer behavior studies, technical benchmarking, and Chinese media analysis within the R&D vehicle development department. - Lab/Dyno Testing Support (10%): Act as a coordinator for laboratory and dynamometer testing activities, ensuring effective communication among stakeholders. - Team Operations Support (5%): Assist with meeting arrangements, event organization, documentation management, and other daily team activities.
