[6 months, 4-5 days/week] Working location:BBAC Engine Plant 1, No.1 Rong Xing North 1st Road , Yizhuang District, Beijing Name of Project: BBAC/PP Powertrain PMO Objectives: Support the Powertrain Planning Department in driving efficient project coordination, department operations, management governance, and communication activities. Main Tasks: - Support planning, organization, and execution of Department "Innovation" Topics (10%) - Support planning, organization, and execution of department meetings, workshops, townhalls, management visits, and team events and follow-up tracking (30%) - Assist Powertrain Planning project management by tracking actions, coordinating stakeholder inputs, supporting meeting documentation and follow-up activities (30%) - Support daily administrative activities, such as scheduling coordination, maintaining attendance records, coordinating internal communications, etc. (20%) - Support communication and digital knowledge management , including SharePoint, intranet content updates, presentations, and internal communication materials (10%) Learning Opportunities: - Gain first-hand insight into project management, governance, and strategic coordination within Mercedes-Benz Production Planning - Develop practical project management, stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills through direct collaboration with experienced project managers and management teams - Learn about Engine/Battery/eATS product and planning processes as well as production planning operations in one of Mercedes-Benz's largest production networks Key Qualifications: [Required:] - Strong organizational and coordination skills with a structured and detail-oriented working style - Fluent in both written and spoken English - Excellent MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel - Reliable, service-oriented, and hands-on personality with strong ownership mentality [Prefered:] - Experience in automotive industry or manufacturing environment - Knowledge of SharePoint, Power BI, Loop, or other collaboration and productivity tools [Bonus:] - German language; Solid business and technical background in production/planning.
