[6 months, 4-5 days/week] Name of Project: Procurement Exterior & Body in White 外饰及白车身采购实习生 Objectives: - Support Commodity Exterior and Body in White sourcing actitivities by leveraging AI-tool adoption Main Tasks: - Support RFQ preparation and sourcing phase, coordinate and consolidate input and feedback from cross-functions - Utilize AI for consolidating and tracking industry/competitor and supply-chain intelligence; assist in supplier research, evaluation and benchmarking - Participate in meetings with internal stakeholders and suppliers - Collect supplier offer and prepare offer summary for business case analysis - Support to prepare sourcing and briefing documents etc. Key Qualifications: - Need to have practical skills for AI-based applications - Market screening and data anaysis skills - Excellent intercultural competence and strong written and oral communication skill - Result oriented, highly pro-active and motivated working attitude - Good computer skills (MS-office, Power point etc.) Language: Chinese English: Excellent (written and spoken) Education: Degree: Bachelor or above Major: Business administration; Purchasing and supply chain
