[6 months, 4-5 days/week] Main Tasks: - Support in organisation and management in project committees activity (align Agenda / check availability of presenters / facilitate the meeting / generate minutes and follow up tasks) - KPI Tracking (depending on Project phases there are different KPI's that need to be followed up and deviations would need to be followed up) - Change Management Tracking (make sure that possible changes are prepared and evaluated properly. All aspects are taken into consideration and the Committees are able to take a efficient decision) - Support in strategical product development and continuous process improvements - Taking on project tasks in close collaboration with project partners - Cross-departmental research and preparation of diverse project topics - Accompanying technical changes from inception to implementation - Creation of management and decision documents Language: Chinese: Proficient English: Proficient Education: Degree: Bachelor or above Major: Engineering or IT
