[6 months, 4-5 days/week] Name of Project: 零售业绩分析实习 Objectives: - Dealer Group is the key partner of MB China business, to analysis key dealer groups business performance is important input for MB collaboration with dealer groups, to ensure a sustainable and healthy network - offer necessary insightful input based on data deep dive to PMO which would drive relevant counterparts to working on right goal and directions (how to win back the losing market and win over customers) Main Tasks: - work independently on retail (sales, service, marketing, people etc) data analysis and support team to formulate a systematic steering tool (60% time consuming) - to support team on regular data management tasks, serve as base of retail performance and dagital tool utilization (25% time consuming) - to assist team to facilitae dealer group meeting (5% time consuming) - other ad-hoc topics assistance with presentations and data works (10%) Key Qualifications: [Required:] - knowledge of data management and data analysis - clear logic and good communication - excellent skill on data processing tools, e.g. Excel, power BI, etc - profound knowledge on coporate financing, understand finaicial report - basic konwledge on retail operation cycles [Preferred:] have strong interest and profound knowledge on "diagnose fiancial report" [Bonus:] understand auto market and retail tactics Language: Chinese: Proficient English: Proficient Education: Degree: Bachelor or above
