Interns for Human Resources

DMCI Homes Property Management, Corp. (DPMC) is looking for student interns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment and selection activities
• Support employee onboarding and orientation
• Help organize HR documents and maintain employee records
• Assist in training and employee engagement activities
• Provide administrative support to the HR team
• Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Currently taking up Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related course
• Must be able to render internship hours as required by the school
• Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
• Has good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
