Interns for Human Resources

Malton Berhad is an established company listed on the Main Board of the Malaysia Securities Exchange Board. The core activities of the Malton Berhad Group include property development, project management and construction works.

We are looking for motivated HR Interns to join our team and gain hands-on exposure across various HR functions, developing a well-rounded understanding of HR in a corporate environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Support: Post job ads, source candidates, screen resumes, and coordinate interview schedules.

• Onboarding & Offboarding: Assist with new hire paperwork and support orientation sessions.

• Record Management: Update internal HR databases and employee files with accurate, confidential data.

• General Admin: Assist with day-to-day HR inquiries, data entry, and reporting tasks.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Current enrollment in or recent completion of a Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills.
• Organization: Detail-oriented with good time-management abilities.
• Discretion: High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information.
• Tech Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
