We (@ABMS Consulting) are a leading consultancy firm seeking bright, high-achieving individuals to support our CEO and consulting team. This is a unique opportunity to directly contribute to business growth and learn the inner workings of an ISO consultancy.

What You Will Be Doing (Key Learning Areas) Business Development Support: Assist in drafting compelling ISO QMS consultancy business proposals for prospective clients. Market Intelligence: Conduct thorough ISO market intelligence studies to identify emerging trends, competitor analysis, and potential growth areas. Client Engagement: Participate in prospective customer meetings to observe and learn about client needs, project scoping, and the dynamics of business consultation. ISO Standard Mastery: Deep dive into multiple ISO Management Systems Standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 37001). You will research, summarize, and share insightful analysis with the team. Training & Support: Attend and provide support in conducting online and physical training programs for clients and internal staff. Industry Networking: Attend relevant industry seminars (e.g., UNGCMYB events) to gain insights and provide summary feedback to the CEO. Reporting: Provide comprehensive periodic internship reports to the CEO, detailing progress and learning outcomes.

Who We Are Looking For (Requirements) Currently a final-year undergraduate or a postgraduate student based in Malaysia . Majoring in Accounting, Business, or Economics . Possess a high GPA score (or equivalent academic excellence) demonstrating strong analytical and intellectual capabilities. Must successfully clear the internship interview process. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
