The internship is up to end of December for a period of 5 or 6 months.

Responsibilities

Depending on your chosen department, you will:

• Support the daily operations and projects within your team
• Deliver excellent service to guests, customers and colleagues
• Assist with planning, administration and reporting activities
• Contribute ideas to improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions and development activities
• Gain valuable experience within an international hospitality environment

Management Internships

In addition to operational responsibilities, you will:

• Support managers with departmental projects and strategic initiatives
• Assist with performance analysis and reporting
• Gain exposure to budgeting, planning and leadership activities
• Develop leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Participate in business reviews and management meetings

Essential Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a MBO, Bachelor's or Master's programme in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources or a related field
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences
• Positive, professional and proactive attitude
• Eagerness to learn and develop new skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Eligible to complete an internship in the Netherlands

Preferred Requirements

• Previous hospitality, customer service or office experience is an advantage
• Interest in building a career within hospitality
• Dutch or additional language skills are a plus
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

We provide a monthly allowance of €550 for Operational Internships and €750 for Management Internships, exceeding Horeca CAO (BOL) guidelines, with coverage of travel and job-related expenses.
