About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated interns to join us for the 2026/2027 internship programme. This is an internship position based in Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Kuala Lumpur.

Key responsibilities

Assist the department/team in daily administrative, operational, or project-related tasks.

• Support data collection, documentation, filing, and basic reporting activities.
• Conduct research and gather relevant information to support ongoing assignments or initiatives.
• Prepare, update, and maintain documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and records as required.
• Participate in meetings, discussions, training sessions, and team activities where applicable.
• Coordinate with team members and other departments to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Support the planning and execution of events, projects, campaigns, or departmental activities.
• Perform basic analysis and provide input or suggestions to improve work processes.
• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately, professionally, and within agreed timelines.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information and comply with internal policies, procedures, and workplace standards.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and professionalism in all interactions.

What we're looking for

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree qualification in a relevant field.
• Open to students from various academic backgrounds, depending on departmental needs.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Able to manage tasks, follow instructions, and meet deadlines.
• Possess basic analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to learn, proactive, and able to adapt to a professional working environment.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work effectively in a team.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible in handling assigned tasks.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude, professionalism, and commitment throughout the internship period.
