INTERNSHIP - ACCOUNT

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist in handling daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R).
2. Assist in preparing and maintaining accounting records, vouchers, invoices, and payment documents.
3. Assist in matching supplier invoices, delivery orders, purchase orders, and other supporting documents.
4. Assist in updating and maintaining the accounts receivable and accounts payable ledgers.
5. Assist in data entry and updating accounting transactions in the accounting system.
6. Assist in bank reconciliation and verification of financial records.
7. Assist in updating stock costs and maintaining inventory-related accounting records.
8. Assist in filing and maintaining proper documentation of financial records.
9. Provide administrative support to the Finance & Accounts Department as required.
10. Perform other accounting-related duties and ad hoc tasks assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to learn, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
