About the role

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with the preparation and processing of financial documents, invoices, and expense reports
• Supporting the reconciliation of accounts and bank statements
• Recording and categorising financial transactions in the accounting system
• Assisting in the maintenance of financial records and documentation
• Supporting the preparation of financial statements and reports under supervision
• Learning and applying accounting principles and practices within a professional environment
• Contributing to month-end and year-end closing activities

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping practices
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in numerical work
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Ability to work independently whilst being part of a collaborative team
• Available for an internship period of at least 6 months.
