INTERNSHIP - ACCOUNT

1) ACCOUNT

• Financial Transactions - Process payment, invoices, receipts, and petty cash. Matching sales transaction with incoming fund.
• Data Entry and Bookkeeping - Enter financial and administrative data into SQL accounting software and databases. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions, expenses, and invoices.
• Communication - Communicate with internal teams and external (if needed) to gather information, resolve queries, and provide support.
• Documentation and Reporting - Prepare and maintain various spreadsheets and documents and compilation. Ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
• Compliance and Record-Keeping - Ensure compliance with relevant administrative and financial regulations and guidelines. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Keep track of important deadlines and assist with filing and record-keeping.
• Administrative Support - Undertake any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Fixed Asset Management — Maintain the Fixed Asset Register (FAR), assist with asset tagging, physical verification counts, depreciation schedules, and disposal documentation.
