Job Description

Summer Juice Sdn Bhd is a growing frozen FMCG distributor based in Seremban, supplying a variety of frozen food products such as snacks, ready-to-eat items, and chilled beverages to retail shops, minimarkets, and wholesalers.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Intern – Accounts to support our finance team and gain real-world experience in accounting operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing invoices, payment , and receipts
• Support in maintaining accurate financial records and bookkeeping
• Assist in reconciling accounts and bank statements
• Handle basic data entry and update accounting records
• Support monthly closing and financial reporting tasks
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records
• Assist with general administrative tasks related to accounts

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proficient in English (spoken & written)
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn
• Good organizational and time management skills

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
