Internship- Accounting

1. Accounts Payable Support

• Assist in processing invoices and payments.

• Verify billing accuracy and ensure proper documentation.

• Help maintain vendor records and track payment statuses.

2. Data Entry & Record Keeping

• Input financial transactions into accounting systems.

• Maintain accurate filing and documentation of financial records.

• Support in digitalizing paper records where applicable.

3. Ad-hoc Administrative Tasks

• Help gather and organize documents for internal/external audits.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.

• Assist with general administrative duties as assigned.

• Support team members with ad-hoc finance or reporting tasks.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or a related field

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data

• Effective communication skills in both Malay and English (spoken and written)

• Willing to work on-site at Phileo Damansara 2

• Eager to learn, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team
