Internship Accounting

Support daily accounting operations including data entry, reconciliation, and document handling with hands-on finance exposure.

🕘 Working Hours: Mon–Fri 8:30am–6:00pm | Sat 8:30am–2:00pm

What You’ll Be Doing (Real Work)

• Assist in data entry for Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Match invoices with supporting documents
• Assist in bank reconciliation and basic checking
• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents
• Support month-end closing activities
• Liaise with internal departments for missing documents
• Assist in basic reporting and documentation

Who We’re Looking For

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Detail-oriented (very important for accuracy)
• Responsible and able to meet deadlines
• Willing to learn and follow instructions
• Basic Excel knowledge
