We are seeking interns for the following department

1. Administration (for Sales department)

Job Description

• Plan and track delivery of promised items (ads, articles, write-ups, etc.) to meet deadlines
• Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, Editorial, Creative, and Sales teams
• Communicate with clients on material guidelines, collection, and status updates
• Maintain project checklists in Google Sheets and Google Drive
• Schedule key milestones: material collection, deadlines, approvals, and final artwork
• Create material guidelines and checklists based on fixed packages

We require our Interns to spend a minimum of 2 months on the job, and would generally prefer final year or 3rd year students. You should be able to work out from our office in Kelana Jaya.
