INTERNSHIP - ADMINISTRATION / ACCOUNTING

Job Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Human Resource Management, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Organised, detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and collaborate with team members.
• Basic knowledge of office administration is an advantage.
• No previous working experience is required.

Currently pursuing Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

• Assist with daily administrative tasks, filing, data entry, and document management.
• Prepare and organise letters, reports, quotations, invoices, and other business documents.
• Assist in arranging meetings, preparing meeting materials, and recording meeting minutes.
• Handle emails, telephone enquiries, and general correspondence professionally.
• Assist with invoice tracking, and basic accounting documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure documents are properly organised.
• Perform other administrative duties assigned by the management.
