Internship (Any Administrative / Engineering field)

Responsibilities:

• To assist HODs/ Process Engineers / relevant head of departments (HR & Admin, Purchasing, SSHE, Accounts, Maintenance, Electrical & Instrumentation, Project) in all aspects of operations that relevant to the department.
• To assist in assembling reports to document process status and changes.
• To assist in ensuring regular housekeeping and proper arrangement of equipment and materials in the workplace.
• To assist in ensuring all operational and equipment troubles and abnormalities are resolved in a prompt and effective manner.
• To assist in ensuring that all operational activities are carried out professionally, ethically and in a timely manner.
• To perform any other tasks as and when required and instructed by the superior or by the Management.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree or any other equivalent field.
• Required Language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office (e.g.: Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
• Minimum internship period: Depends on the requirement by the University / School of Academic.
• To be based in Kawasan Perindustrian Bandar Mahkota, Banting, Selangor.
