Internship: Artificial Intelligence/Business/Marketing/Engineering

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As an intern, you will work closely with your assigned department manager and provide support in the following responsibilities:

Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Data Science Interns

• Data Collection and Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze data for model training and evaluation.
• Model Development: Assist in designing and implementing machine learning models.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor AI model performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Documentation: Document processes, workflows, and model specifications.
• Research & Development: Stay updated with the latest AI technologies and methodologies.
• Collaborative Projects: Work with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions.

Business / Marketing Interns

• Sales Lead Generation: Identify and develop potential customer leads.
• Customer Follow-up: Engage with customers and provide support.
• Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute digital and traditional marketing strategies.
• Market Research: Conduct research and analyze market trends.
• Marketing Collaterals: Design and create promotional materials.
• Business Development: Assist in developing and implementing business strategies.

Engineering – Communication Systems & Robotics/Automation Interns

• Communication Systems Support: Assist in designing and implementing communication systems, including mobile and digital communications.
• Robotics & Automation: Work on machine vision, control systems, and industrial automation projects.
• Technical Research & Analysis: Conduct research, analyze data, and assist in troubleshooting technical issues.
• Project Involvement: Contribute to project management tasks, including documentation and scheduling.
• Engineering Applications: Apply engineering mathematics, circuit analysis, and programming to communication and automation projects.
• Exposure to Business Practices: Gain insights into project management, business processes, and compliance with industry regulations.

Engineering – Electrical / Mechanical

• Electrical Support: Assemble, wire, and install electrical control panels, machinery, and electronic systems according to schematics, blueprints, and engineering instructions.
• Mechanical Support: Perform maintenance on plumbing-related equipment, including pumps, piping, backflow prevention devices, and sump systems.
• Mechanical Design Support: Assist in 3D modeling, 2D drafting, and design modifications using CAD software for product development projects.
• Prototyping & Testing: Support the fabrication of physical prototypes and conduct mechanical testing to validate designs.
• Testing & Inspection: Conduct functional tests on new and repaired equipment. Ensure all work complies with relevant electrical codes safety standards, and company quality procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate/graduate degree in a relevant field:
• AI & Data Science: Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related fields. Familiar with machine learning algorithms, and programming languages (Python, Java, MySQL).
• Marketing & Business: Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Management, or related fields. Familiar with Microsoft Office / Canva.
• Engineering: Electrical/Electronic/ Mechanical Engineering, Communication Systems, Robotics, Automation, or related fields. Familiar with microprocessors and control systems.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills (written and verbal), problem-solving abilities, teamwork, and adaptability.
• Interns must be willing to be stationed at our Bukit Baru, Melaka office.
