INTERNSHIP - Business Admin

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Update customer, job, quotation, and order information accurately in the internal system.
• Assist in communicating and coordinating with internal departments.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure customer records are updated and well organized.
• Assist in preparing basic daily or weekly reports as required.
• Perform data entry, document checking, scanning, filing, and other administrative duties.
• Ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and within the required timeline.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Able to work carefully with documents and data.
• Willing to learn and able to follow instructions.
• Responsible, organized, and able to work as part of a team.

Pay: RM600.00 per month
