Internship Business Admin Support

Job Scope:

• Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and scheduling
• Support internal communication by drafting emails, reports, and presentations
• Help maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems
• Participate in meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
• Coordinate logistics for team activities, trainings, or company events
• Perform basic research and analysis to support business planning
• Assist in maintaining office supplies and tracking inventory (if applicable)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational projects

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a team environment
• Basic understanding of business operations and administrative workflows

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM700.00 - RM900.00 per month
