Internship - Business Administration

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full range of administrative support to the team and department.

• Perform data-entry, documentation, printing and filling duties.

• Schedule and coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, events, claims and other similar activities to the team members.

• Coordinate departmental meetings and minutes.

• Coordinate booking, transportation, dining, and event arrangements.

• Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure effective communication and smooth operations.

• Process purchase requests, invoices, payment requests, reimbursements, and budget tracking.

• Assist the Dept head to maintain a proper attendance and leave tracking for the Dept.

• Ensure marketing activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.

• Support audit requirements by maintaining complete and accurate documentation.

• Assist in any other ad hoc administrative projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma and currently pursuing studies in Business or a related discipline.
• Able to commit to a 4–6-months internship.
• Intake: September/October 2026 & January/February 2027
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
