Job Description

Sunway Medical Centre Penang offers internship opportunities for motivated and passionate students across the following departments:

• Healthcare Administration
• Medical Records
• Customer Service

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks
• Support patient engagement activities
• Participate in hospital projects, campaigns, and events
• Gain exposure to healthcare industry operations, policies, and procedures
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with various departments
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Records Management, Hospitality, or a related field
• Available for a minimum internship period of 3 months
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to learn new tools and systems
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced healthcare environment
