About the role
This is an internship placement for students pursuing studies in Business Administration or a related field. You will gain hands-on exposure to cooperative operations, administration, and support functions within a growing financial cooperative.
Key responsibilities
- Assisting with day-to-day administrative and office operations
- Supporting documentation, filing, and records management
- Helping coordinate internal correspondence and reporting
- Assisting departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects
- Participating in meetings and preparing basic minutes/reports
About you
- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
