1. INTERN – STOCK TRANSFER MANAGEMENT

This internship provides practical exposure to how merchandise moves within a large retail network and how effective stock management supports sales and store availability.

What You Will Learn & Experience:

• Understand the end-to-end stock transfer process between warehouse and retail outlets.
• Assist in monitoring and coordinating stock movements and transfers.
• Learn how stock availability impacts sales performance and customer experience.
• Gain exposure to inventory records, documentation and stock reconciliation.
• Work with Operations, Warehouse and outlet teams to follow up on stock movements.
• Learn how to identify stock transfer issues, delays and discrepancies.
• Develop practical skills in Excel, reporting, data analysis and coordination.
• Gain an understanding of retail supply chain and inventory management in a real business environment.

2. INTERN – HR ADMINISTRATION

Join our Human Resources team and gain practical exposure to the day-to-day HR activities that support employees across our organisation.

What You Will Learn & Experience:

• Gain exposure to HR administration and employee documentation.
• Assist with employee records, letters, personnel files and HR database updates.
• Learn about employee onboarding, confirmation, transfers and other employee movements.
• Support recruitment and new employee documentation when required.
• Understand basic HR policies, procedures and employment practices.
• Assist in HR reporting and preparation of employee information.
• Learn how HR supports both Head Office and Retail Operations.
• Gain practical workplace experience in dealing professionally with employees and managers.
