About the role

This is a technical support role providing 1st-level support via ticketing system, email and phone. You will assist customers with email hosting, website hosting, DNS and domain-related issues, perform basic troubleshooting on Linux and Windows hosting environments, and work closely with senior engineers to develop practical skills in hosting, networking, cloud and system administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st-level technical support via the ticketing system, email and phone.
• Assist customers with email hosting, website hosting, DNS and domain-related issues.
• Perform basic troubleshooting on Linux and Windows hosting environments.
• Monitor servers and services and perform initial investigations of alerts.
• Handle and update customer support tickets and ensure timely follow-up.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate L2/NOC/Cloud/Infrastructure teams.
• Assist with routine server monitoring, maintenance and operational checks.
• Maintain proper documentation of incidents and troubleshooting activities.
• Work closely with senior engineers to develop practical skills in hosting, networking, cloud and system administration.

Learning & Development:

• Gain hands-on experience in email hosting, web hosting, DNS, Linux/Windows servers, networking and cloud environments.
• Learn how to use monitoring, helpdesk/ticketing and technical support tools.
• Work under the guidance of senior engineers and follow established SOPs and escalation procedures.

Preferences:

• Diploma or above degree in computer science, electronics, telecommunications, or information systems is preferred.
• No experience needed.
• Preferable internship period 3 months.
