- Contract Department Intern
Assist the contract team in contract administration, progress claims preparation, variation order documentation, cost monitoring, and subcontractor claim verification. Gain practical exposure to commercial and contractual management in construction projects, including large-scale Data Centre developments.
Work Term: 3, 6, 9, 12 months (Diploma/ Degree)
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree, and internship placement is part of the course requirement
- Students from relevant faculties / programmers such as: Quantity Surveying, Construction Management / Construction, Civil Engineering, Building Construction / Construction Technology, Building Surveying or other related built-environment disciplines.
- Good attitude and willingness to learn
