Location- Pan India (WFH)

Education- Graduation mandatory (2025 -2026 passout only)

Interview mode- Virtual

Timings- 9:30 am to 6:30 pm

Key respsonsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day HR backend and administrative operations.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
• Support the HR team in joining, onboarding, and exit formalities.
• Assist with attendance, leave, and employee data management.
• Support the preparation and processing of monthly payroll.
• Verify attendance, leave, deductions, incentives, and other payroll inputs.
• Assist in preparing salary sheets, payroll reports, and employee-related MIS.
• Coordinate with employees and internal teams for HR/payroll-related queries.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and salary-related information.
• Assist with HR reports, trackers, and other operational activities as required.
