Job Responsibilities

1. Sales & Customer Support

• Assist the Sales & Admin Executive in handling customer during walk-ins.

• Assist customers during appointments and provide basic information about bridal packages and services.

• Support the team during bridal events, exhibitions and promotional activities.

2. Bridal Attire & Customer Assistance

• Assist the Sales & Admin Executive in managing bridal attire enquiries and customer appointments.

• Help maintain proper records of bridal attire, fittings, collections and returns.

• Assist during bridal attire fitting sessions when required.

• Ensure the bridal area, racks and attire are kept neat and organised.

3. Admin & Operations

• Support the team with general office and branch operations.
• Coordinate simple tasks between the sales, bridal and operations teams.

4. Creative & Design Support

• Assist in creating simple marketing materials such as:

  • Posters
  • Promotional cards
  • Thank-you cards
  • Price cards
  • Stickers
  • Social media artwork
  • Event materials
  • Other basic marketing collaterals

• Assist in editing and preparing artwork using Canva or other design tools.

• Help prepare artwork for printing and ensure information is accurate before production.

• Assist with simple content preparation for social media when required.

5. General Support

• Assist the team with daily tasks to ensure smooth branch operations.
• Support promotional campaigns, bridal exhibitions and special events.
• Perform other reasonable tasks assigned by the supervisor.
• Maintain a professional, friendly and helpful attitude when dealing with customers.
