About the role

We are seeking a motivated and organized Intern to join our team at PT Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia. As an Intern, you will be responsible for supporting and assisting our team to achieve company's vision.

Key responsibilities

• Assisting with the organization, filing, and archiving of various business documents and records
• Maintaining document control systems and databases to track the status and location of important files
• Providing administrative support, such as data entry, and responding to general inquiries
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Adhering to company policies and procedures related to records and information management

About you

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, such as Science (Math/Actuary/Statistics), Business Administration, Information Management, IT area and or a similar field
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills, with the ability to follow processes and procedures
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A team player with a proactive and analytical mindset
