About the role

Key responsibilities
- Assist with sales quotations, invoices and documentation.
- Source products and identify suitable suppliers.
- Request and compare supplier quotations and prices.
- Communicate with customers and suppliers.
- Conduct product research and prepare technical specifications.
- Assist with general administrative tasks and data entry.
About you
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Accounting, Marketing, Engineering, IT or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Responsible, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
