Purpose of Internship

This internship program is designed to provide hands-on experience, exposure to real business operations, and an opportunity to develop professional skills in a dynamic FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities

(Responsibilities may vary depending on assigned department: Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, SCM, IT, etc.)

• Assist in day-to-day operational and administrative tasks within the assigned department
• Support ongoing projects, campaigns, or business initiatives
• Conduct research, data analysis, and prepare reports or presentations
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Support documentation, filing, and process improvements
• Participate in meetings and contribute ideas where appropriate

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, or related fields
• Available for a minimum of 3 months
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team
