As an IPM Intern, you'll contribute to meaningful projects that directly impact our business. You'll gain hands-on experience working alongside industry professionals, bring fresh ideas to real-world challenges, and build the skills, network, and insight to launch your career.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis to identify patterns, insights, and opportunities
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Assist in problem-solving by analyzing complex issues and developing practical solutions
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and support a positive team environment
• Use the Microsoft Office Suite to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
• Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
• Adapt to changing priorities and project requirements
• Apply critical thinking to evaluate information and make informed decisions
• Support project management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring

Required Qualifications

Education

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Must have completed at least 2 years of education, entering Junior year or beyond

Experience

• No prior professional experience required; internship or project experience is a plus

Knowledge/Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong time management and prioritization skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data analysis tools and techniques
• Familiarity with project management methodologies
• Active involvement in extracurricular activities or relevant organizations
