What you will do｜工作内容

Telephone outreach and follow-up are core responsibilities, alongside community and event support.

本岗位以电话联系与跟进为主要工作，同时参与社群维护及活动支援。

• Make outbound calls to introduce courses and events, understand enquiries and follow up with interested participants.
  主动致电介绍课程及活动，了解咨询者的需求，并跟进有兴趣的参与者。
• Respond to enquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp, providing clear and accurate information.
  通过电话及WhatsApp回复咨询，提供清楚、准确的资料。
• Assist with registrations, attendance confirmations, reminders and participant support.
  协助报名、出席确认、课程提醒及学员服务。
• Support WhatsApp community updates and online learning sessions.
  协助WhatsApp社群资讯更新及线上学习活动。
• Assist with event preparation, registration counters and on-site coordination.
  参与活动筹备、现场报到及协调工作。
• Maintain contact records, schedule follow-ups and submit daily updates and weekly reports.
  整理联系记录、安排后续跟进，并提交每日更新及每周报告。
• Work towards agreed outreach, follow-up and service-quality targets with your supervisor’s guidance.
  在主管指导下，逐步完成明确的联系、跟进及服务质量目标。

Requirements｜申请条件

• Currently pursuing a Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Psychology, Event Management or a related field. Students from other disciplines who are interested in this work are also welcome.
  正在修读商业、市场营销、传播、公关、心理学、活动管理或相关Certificate、Diploma或Degree课程。其他科系、对这项工作有兴趣的学生也欢迎申请。
• Mandarin speaking and Chinese reading skills are required, as the role involves supporting Mandarin-speaking participants and handling Chinese-language course materials and messages.
  必须能以华语沟通及阅读中文，因为工作需要服务华语学员，并处理中文课程资料及信息。
• Willing to make calls, listen patiently, learn and apply feedback.
  愿意主动打电话、耐心聆听、学习并应用反馈。
• Responsible, punctual and organised, with basic skills in WhatsApp, email and spreadsheets.
  有责任感、守时、做事有条理，并具备WhatsApp、电邮及电子表格的基本操作能力。
• Available for a three-month internship.
  能完成三个月实习。

No previous customer-service or telemarketing experience is required. Training will be provided.
无需客户服务或电话营销经验，我们提供培训。

Monthly allowance｜每月津贴

• RM600 basic internship allowance／基本实习津贴
• RM200 food allowance／膳食津贴
• RM100 transport allowance／交通津贴
• Up to RM400 performance incentive／最高RM400表现奖励

Fixed allowances total RM900 per full month. The package can reach RM1,300 when the performance criteria are met.

完整月份的固定津贴共RM900，符合表现奖励条件时，每月配套最高RM1,300。

The RM400 incentive is assessed on attendance, punctuality and timely, complete reporting. It is conditional and is not a sales commission. Written assessment criteria will be provided before the internship begins, with approved leave handled under the agreed internship policy.

RM400奖励根据出勤、守时及按时完整汇报评核，属于有条件奖励，并非销售佣金。评核标准将在实习开始前以书面说明，获批准的假期按双方约定的实习制度处理。
