Key Responsibilities
- Process Improvement
Support Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement projects.
- Data Analysis & Reporting
Assist in conducting observations, time studies, and process assessments.
Support the development and maintenance of KPI dashboards.
Generate reports and visualisations using Excel and Power BI.
- Digitalization & Automation
Assist in developing and enhancing Power Apps and Power Automate workflows.
- Project Support
Coordinate project activities and documentation.
Requirements
Education
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in:
- Industrial Engineering
- Systems Engineering
- Manufacturing Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Aerospace Engineering
- Supply Chain Management
- Business Analytics
- Data Analytics
- Operations Management
- Information Systems
- Computer Science
- Or related disciplines
Skills & Competencies
- Interest in process improvement and operational excellence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, or Power Automate is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen concepts is preferred.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
