Internship - Credit Control

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Internship – Credit Control role based in Subang Jaya. The intern will support the credit control team in:

· Customer Master Creation in SAP.

· Issuance of payment reminders / notices to overdue accounts.

· Issuance of Invoices & Delivery Note for Bankers’ Acceptance.

· Co-ordinate transfer of credit limits within regions.

· Preparation of analysis for new account application.

· Preparation of suspension lists of blocked customers.

· Reconciling customer ledger with Company Ledger.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess foundational knowledge and interest in Credit Control and Credit Management.
• Candidates should possess skills in managing Debtors and supporting Debt Collection activities in a professional manner.
• Candidates should possess strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Candidates should possess good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team and interact with internal stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess a proactive and responsible work attitude, with the ability to manage time effectively and handle confidential information appropriately.
