Internship - Customer Care

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our Customer Care team at CCM Chemicals. You will gain practical exposure to customer order processing, delivery coordination, and customer service while working closely with experienced team members and various internal departments.

What you'll do:

• Assist in receiving, processing, and monitoring customer sales orders to ensure accuracy and timely fulfilment.
• Support coordination with Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, and Production teams on order status, stock availability, and delivery schedules.
• Assist in communicating order confirmations, delivery updates, and order changes to customers.
• Follow up on pending orders and outstanding customer requests.
• Support the handling of customer enquiries and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve order-related issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales orders, and related documentation.
• Assist in preparing order status updates and customer service reports.
• Provide administrative support to the Customer Care and Sales teams when required.
• Perform other duties and ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.

What you'll need:

• Are currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Have an interest in customer service, sales administration, and business operations.
• Possess good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Have basic computer skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Demonstrate good organisational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
• Are proactive, responsible, and able to work collaboratively with different teams.
• Possess a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
• Are available for a 6-month internship.
• Are willing to work at CCM Chemicals Sdn Bhd, Menara KLK, Mutiara Damansara.
