Internship - Customer Service Assistant

The company provides UPS systems and Industrial Automatic Voltage Regulators, catering to the needs of businesses, education institutions, and commercial establishments.

Job Responsibilities:

• To answer customer enquiries via emails, telephone calls or fax - to provide advice to customers
• Answer in-bound calls and pass to respective departments
• To pass customer call on enquiry of faulty units to customer service for resolution
• To response to customer complaint immediately and pass to customer service team to log cases
• To assist walk-in customer on sales and warranty collection and delivery
• Assist on collection of faulty units or sending out of replacements units
• Liaise with driver to collect warranty units and send out warranty units
• To follow up on all warranty pick up and return
• To make sure all Delivery Order and Collection Note are properly chop & sign back
• Liaise with transporter or courier company on shipment issue
• To receive and distribute all incoming mails/courier
• To keep proper filing system on all documents
• To lead the servicing process effectively and provide excellent customer service
• Fully in-charge on showroom cleanliness and arrangement of products

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Communication, Public Relations and Language Study, or a related field.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Internship period: 3 to 6 months, able to start in Mid-November.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Perindustrian Kinrara.
