Internship - Data Entry

Job Title: Data Entry Intern – HR Shared Services

Duration: 3 Months (Full-Time) -  Extendable to 4 to 5 months | 5 days a week
Extension: May be extended by an additional 1–2 months depending on project requirements and completion.

Salary: Stipend Provided

The Data Entry Intern will support the HR Shared Services team with the accurate and timely entry, updating, and maintenance of employee data in relevant HR systems and databases.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update employee information accurately in HR systems and databases.
• Review data for completeness and accuracy and highlight any discrepancies.
• Support the digitisation, organisation, and maintenance of employee records.
• Assist the HR Shared Services team with data-related projects and administrative activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure the secure handling of employee information.
• Support the timely completion of the assigned employee data project.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Candidates have to be on sponsored visa (Parents / Spouse Visa)
• Graduate or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Must be available for a full-time internship for an initial period of 3 months.

This internship may be extended to 4–5 months based on project requirements and completion timelines.
