Internship (Digital Marketing)

About Our Internship

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Digital Marketing Intern to support the Marketing team in the planning and execution of digital content and campaigns.

This internship will provide exposure to content development, social media execution, campaign coordination and day-to-day digital marketing activities. The intern will work closely with the Marketing team to support higher content output and timely campaign delivery across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the team in content ideation and development for social media, digital campaigns and other marketing initiatives.
• Assist in preparing social media content and creative assets, including captions, visuals, short-form videos and other digital materials.
• Support content production activities, including basic photography, videography, filming coordination and preparation of materials or props where required.
• Assist with basic video editing, image editing and content adaptation for different social media platforms and formats.
• Support the scheduling, publishing and coordination of content across the Company's digital and social media channels.
• Assist the Marketing team in the execution of campaigns, launches, promotions and year-end marketing activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams, designers, agencies, vendors or other stakeholders to support campaign and content requirements.
• Conduct basic research on social media trends, competitors, consumer interests and emerging content formats to contribute ideas for future content.
• Assist in monitoring social media content and campaign performance and compiling basic reports where required.
• Support administrative and coordination activities related to marketing campaigns, events and content production.
• Perform other ad-hoc marketing duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Media, Creative Multimedia, Business or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, social media and content creation.
• Familiar with major social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
• Creative, proactive and comfortable contributing ideas for social media and campaign content.
• Basic skills in tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite or other photo/video editing applications would be an advantage.
• Comfortable supporting content shoots and participating in hands-on campaign activities when required.
• Good communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Organised, responsible and able to manage multiple tasks within agreed timelines.
• Fresh ideas, curiosity and willingness to learn are highly valued.
