INTERNSHIP DOCUMENT CONTROLLER | ME'NATE STEAK HUB HQ

• Filing and archiving relevant documentation.
• Retrieving files for other employees and customers when needed.
• Designing templates for documents, file types, and document databases.
• Checking and editing documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Controllling the flow of documents in and out of the department.
• Reporting errors or developments regarding document storage.
• Ensuring the secure destruction and disposal of sensitive documents.
• Updating and maintainig document management systems and physical records.
• Maintaining the security of confidential documents.
• Assisting employees with accessing documents through our document management system.
• As document control assistant, you are responsible for organizing and maintaining a company's records system.
• Your duties also to manage, track, and store a variety of electronic and hardcopy documents and records through a file and folder naming structure.
• Assisting Executive (Document Controller) on daily basic task.

Pay: RM500.00 - RM800.00 per month
