About the role:
Ready to step into the world of online business? We’re looking for motivated interns to join our e-commerce team and gain real, hands-on experience.
Your Role Will Include:
- Uploading and optimizing product listings (titles, SEO keywords, visuals)
- Assisting in stock management and ensuring listing accuracy
- Supporting online campaigns (sales events, bundles, promotions)
- Tracking performance metrics like traffic & conversions
- Responding to customer chats, inquiries, and reviews
- Helping monitor daily store performance and KPIs
Who Should Apply:
- Students or fresh interns interested in e-commerce operations
- Basic knowledge of Shopee/Lazada/Shopify is a bonus
- Comfortable with Excel and data tracking
- Fast learner, detail-focused, and responsible
- Good communication skills and teamwork mindset
- Able to work in a fast-paced digital environment
