ANBOT operates a retail store at Sunway Gandaria, Section 9, Bandar Baru Bangi, where customers can explore our range of outdoor products and camping essentials. At ANBOT, we believe in making outdoor adventures more accessible, enjoyable, and memorable for everyone.

JOB DESCRIPTION --

Product Management
– Upload and update product listings on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and the website
– Ensure accuracy in pricing, descriptions, inventory status, and product categorization
– Coordinate with the inventory and merchandise team to maintain real-time stock visibility

Content Creation & Merchandising
– Assist in designing promotional visuals, banners, and product thumbnails using Canva or similar tools
– Support photo-taking and content organization for new arrivals and campaigns
– Write or edit clear and engaging product descriptions and social captions

Campaign & Platform Support
– Help organize and schedule campaigns (e.g., Shopee 7.7, TikTok live sales)
– Prepare vouchers, bundles, and platform-specific activities
– Assist in post-campaign performance reviews and reports

Digital Customer Service
– Reply to customer inquiries across Shopee, Instagram, and WhatsApp
– Assist in managing after-sales service, including returns, exchanges, and complaints
– Learn and apply good communication and service etiquette

Market Research & Reporting
– Conduct competitor price and trend analysis
– Support weekly reporting for online sales performance
– Learn basic KPIs such as CTR (click-through rate), AOV (average order value), and return rate

Fulfilment Backup Support
– Assist the fulfilment team when needed to pack and process online orders accurately
– Help pick and check items according to orders before shipping
– Update shipping status and tracking numbers on respective platforms
– Understand the process flow from order received to delivery completed
– Support inventory stock count or stock-in if required during peak periods
