Internship - E-Commerce Operation Assistant

You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting with all aspects of the e-commerce operations. Must be able to read & speak in Chinese & English. This intern role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Packing & Shipping: Accurately pack products according to order requirements and prepare them for shipment.
• Stock Management: Check and organize inventory, ensuring stock levels are updated and discrepancies reported.
• Order Processing: Print bills, invoices, and shipping labels using the company system.
• Quality Control: Inspect products for defects before packing to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the packing area clean, organized, and safe for operations.
• Team Collaboration: Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.

What we're looking for

• No prior experience required (training provided).
• Can commit for at least 4 weeks
• Can understand and read basic MANDARIN, ENGLISH.
• Basic computer skills (for printing bills/labels).
• Physically fit (able to lift/move packages as needed).
• Detail-oriented and reliable.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible and adaptable to meet the changing needs of the business
• A team player with a positive attitude
